Individual Resiliency Training Therapist - Navigate

This is an incredible opportunity to work on the only team of this kind in Tulsa with our Navigate program. Designed to provide early and effective treatment to individuals ages 15-40 who have experienced first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder, F&CS is one of about 50 sites throughout the U.S. that provides this state-of-the-art, evidence-based model treatment model.

Therapists working on the Navigate team are responsible for providing individual therapy services for clients utilizing the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) to help clients identify their strengths, achieve personal goals, and learn resiliency skills. Services are community based and can be provided in the office, in the home, or a neutral community location.

$72K+/year salary plus overflowing benefits and PTO!
