Human Resource Generalist- Benefits

The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager (SHRM) in supporting HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: planning, coordinating, and implementing HR functions for clinical, non-clinical, and management/executive management level positions, under the direction of the SHRM.
