Shipping Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Hourly Pay)

Provides leadership and coordination of assigned shift in the areas of performance, safety, quality, productivity, managing the following teams: banding, loading, picking, auditing, and having more involvement in safety tasks, responsible for safety and incident investigation/reporting; provides training/mentoring/development of supervised employees; has responsibility for production results, nightly delivery truck and overnight shipment to AGR Service Center, inventory system, payroll, and various administrative duties; works with internal customers to resolve shipment issues, accountable for warehouse area, building maintenance, and exterior grounds; recommends, develops and implements improvement plans; performs other related duties as assigned by facility management.
