Facilitates the patient operational experience. Primary responsibilities will include patient education, process oversight, and surgical scheduling.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting Previous surgical scheduling experience preferred Experience with EPIC and general computer knowledge Strong customer service skills PC proficiency Medical terminology preferred
