Housing Specialist, Assertive Community Treatment

[Shift: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm] This is an opportunity to provide mobile mental health treatment in Sheppard Pratt’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. This position will have independence and flexibility to schedule appointments and complete work.

Responsibilities include

providing practical assistance, advocacy, and support to help clients access daily necessities like housing, transportation, and healthcare.
