The Dining Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing professional customer service, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth dining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with service and kitchen teams.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Support operational activities during peak hours.
- Follow service standards and hospitality protocols.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 9th Pass.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory). Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in fine dining or premium dining environments preferred. Skills

Benefits
₹25,000 per month.
- Approx. In-hand Salary: ₹21,400 per month.
- Monthly Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000.
