Case Manager-Job Developer (Bridge to IT Careers)

The Case Manager–Job Developer is responsible for achieving meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes for internationally trained IT professionals in the Bridge to IT Careers program. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong employer partnerships within the IT sector, strategically matching clients to suitable job opportunities, and providing support to ensure successful placement and retention.

The Case-Manager- Job Developer also develops individualized employment plans, monitors client progress, and delivers coaching both before and during employment. This includes on-site support, troubleshooting workplace challenges, and fostering communication between clients and employers.
