At least three years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Certification required Valid Journeyman HVAC License required Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation, equipment replacement, startup, and commissioning Ability to work independently while following applicable HVAC, mechanical, and safety codes Experience providing direction and support to apprentices or less experienced technicians Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills High school diploma or GED required Associate degree is a plus but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Working knowledge of current HVAC codes, regulations, and industry best practices Ability to safely operate HVAC equipment, power tools, and testing instruments Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, on ladders, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions Candidates who live within approximately 30 minutes of the Crestwood or Louisville metro area are encouraged to apply Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development Dependable, organized, and committed to safe work practices Availability to work overtime when business needs require Dr.
