How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Digital Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated and talented team member to join the Delta Cargo team to manage technology applications across the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for building the vision and roadmap for applications within their portfolio.
The candidate will manage applications through backlog prioritization/grooming, defining requirements, writing user stories and production releases, leveraging a cross-functional team of business and IT experts. Summary ofresponsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks): + Build andmanage a roadmap for key applications that supports the overall cargo strategy + Work closelywith Salesforce administrators, developers, and external partners to drivedelivery from discovery through release + Continuously identifyopportunities for automation, simplification, and optimization across.
Salesforce workflows + Function as theprimary liaison between the business and IT by: + Creating/managingbacklog prioritization for each application to execute the roadmap inpartnership with the business and IT + Lead backloggrooming, sprint planning, and release management + Writing userstories of prioritized backlog items in partnership with the business and IT + Coordinatingproduction releases, including project management and change management whenapplicable + Measuring thereturn on investment / impact of each development + Provide support and translate business issues into clear requirements,user stories, and prioritized roadmaps + Ad hoc projectmanagement of strategic initiatives to support cargo strategy + Development ofexecutive materials covering project management updates, critical projectpaths, assessment of primary and secondary impacts to Delta Cargo for systemdelivery and key recommendations to drive success What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Ideal candidatewill have demonstrated experience managing and executing multiple priorities ina time sensitive environment with minimal supervision + Experience owning or managing.
Salesforce in a product, systems, or business-facing role + Effective communicationskills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams + Must haveability to work with diverse groups and perspectives + Must possess the ability toquickly and accurately acquire a working knowledge of business processes,systems and related data needs + Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diversepeople, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a highschool diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 yearsof age and has authorization to work in the United States. Master’s degree + Salesforcecertifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Owner) + Strong analytical skills andexperience using data to inform decisions and measure impact + Experience with.
