Civil Engineering Lead (PE), Public Works & Municipal Infrastructure

Halff has an opening for an experienced Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to lead our growing Public Works, Municipal Infrastructure & Local Infrastructure team at our San Antonio, TX office. The ideal candidate would be a servant leader that brings 10+ years of hands-on, proven experience in Public Works & Local Infrastructure/Utilities.

This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities. This position will have autonomy in managing other professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas. Strong ability to train and mentor staff.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.
