Job description
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing domestic and international freight shipments while ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role provides operational oversight and redundancy within the logistics function by auditing shipping activities, validating carrier performance, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The position also serves as a cross-trained backup for all core logistics processes, including shipment execution, billing audits, claims management, and RMAs. The Logistics Coordinator acts as a secondary layer of review and support, contributing to team communication, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
