We are looking for a care giver on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities, including short-term patient assignments, call-off coverage, and supplemental hours. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shift: 42 hours PRN / Flexible Scheduling 6 Hours Daily Non-Skilled Care Coverage. PRN position as needed and for short term patient assignments Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
