The People and Culture Development Specialist designs and delivers learning and development programs that close workforce skill gaps, support employee growth, and strengthen organizational capability. This role partners with HR leaders and managers to align training initiatives with business strategy, manages the Learning Management System (LMS), and facilitates engaging learning experiences that promote leadership development and a culture of continuous learning.
