Position based in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT: CHANEL boutiques are the heart of the brand’s vision. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given to each client.

Contributing to boutique success through teamwork and collaboration by supporting team efforts and driving collective achievement of boutique targets. Ensuring operational excellence by maintaining boutique standards, supporting daily operations, and continuously developing your knowledge and skills. KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS: You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience within a high-end or Luxury Retail environment.
Fluency in English is a must, Arabic or Russian would be an advantage. You are passionate about make-up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
