Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or public administration or a related field required; supplemented by seven (7) years of experience in governmental budgeting, accounting, auditing and financial administration, to include four (4) years of management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
