Job description
- Follow up and improve order fulfillment process efficiency to ensure on-time delivery;
- Track shipment and revenue targets, analyze risks and opportunities;
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and follow up on customer-related project tasks;
- Manage headquarters/local/channel inventory, proactively prevent inventory risks, and improve overall inventory turnover (ITO);
- Regularly monitor, organize, and analyze delivery and logistics-related data;
