Fee and Profitability Management team operates as a sub-unit within Business Banking Product Management.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive professional to join our Fee and Profitability Management Team which is a role designed as a stepping stone to future leadership positions.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize fee income streams across business banking products Conduct in-depth profitability analysis at customer, segment, and product levels Collaborate closely with IT teams to design and implement infrastructure and system improvements Take an active role in end-to-end product and pricing initiatives Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders including complience, sales, marketing, treasury, and technology teams.

Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic decisions What We Are Looking For Minimum 4 years of experience in banking, consulting, or related roles Strong academic background from top universities in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Proactive mindset with ownership mentality Experience with SQL is a strong plus Why Join Us?
