Job description

Narrative Description: Responsible for overseeing the payroll portfolio within the assigned Group, ensuring effective follow-up across branches, strengthening relationships with existing payroll companies, and supporting product penetration across assets, liabilities, credit cards and accounts. Ensures high-quality service delivery, proper handling of portfolio requests, and achievement of the Group’s assigned payroll targets.

Provides guidance to Payroll Sales Follow-up Branch RMs and ensures alignment with region-level directions. Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure regional sales action plans are effectively implemented with clear KPIs to increase payroll portfolio growth and product penetration across the Region.
  2. Monitor sales performance of the assigned group Payroll Sales Follow-up Branch RMs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure achievement of monthly and yearly payroll employee product targets.
  3. Support RMs in maximizing product cross-selling opportunities with payroll employees (assets, liabilities, credit cards and accounts).
  4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing payroll companies in the assigned Group in coordination with NTW/Direct Business, ensuring high service quality and timely handling of requests.
  5. Oversee handling of payroll complaints and follow up with the concerned departments (NTW & QA) to ensure prompt resolution.
  6. Attend regular business review meetings with assigned Group Payroll Sales Follow-up RMs to ensure alignment between the Region, Network, and Payroll Sales Follow-up team.
  7. Ensure clear and consistent communication with the Region Relationship Managers regarding market updates, challenges, and regional opportunities.
  8. Monitor the performance of Group/Branch RMs and recommend development needs, coaching requirements.
  9. Mentor and guide RMs to enhance selling capabilities and service efficiency within the Region.
  10. Follow up on regional payroll sales KPIs and provide consolidated performance updates to the Region Relationship Manager.
  11. Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance cross-selling performance and support improvement in overall payroll employee product penetration.
  12. Ensure optimal allocation of Payroll Sales Follow-up RMs across Branches based on business needs and customer opportunities.
  13. Adopt the bank’s policies and procedures to guarantee that the bank’s business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standards.
  14. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible. Dimensions of the Job: N/A Functional Relationships (Work Contacts): External: Payroll Companies Internal : Head Office Departments Network Branches Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration and Commerce (with good knowledge in banking). Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant field. Skills: High level of judgement, security, and analysis. Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills. Very good management and leadership skills. Ability to manage different tasks and assignments in parallel. Good communication skills. Excellent Selling skills. Fluency in Arabic & English written and spoken. Very good computer knowledge Working Conditions: Office Based.
