Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive / CRM Manager to manage our customer database, handle interactions, improve client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer retention, repeat business, and brand loyalty through effective communication and follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Business, or IT). 1–3 years of experience in a customer relationship or CRM-related role. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or in-house software). Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email tools.
Good listening skills, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude. Ability to manage data and follow process-based work.
