About the Role
We are seeking a Production Mixer to join our team. In this lab based role, you will work within a cleanroom environment to formulate the bulk materials essential for our final products. You will be responsible for ensuring every batch is made to exact specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Mixer, your day to day duties will include: Manufacturing & Formulation: Set up manufacturing equipment and precisely mix ingredients according to specific recipes. Quality Control & Testing: Set up and perform laboratory testing to ensure batches meet strict quality standards. Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and Health & Safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of batches, tests, and inventory. Facility Care: Keep the production facility clean, tidy, and organised. Team Support: Assist with any additional tasks as required by the Supervisor to keep production running smoothly. Hours 8 hours per day between 6am and 8pm, Monday–Friday 40 hours per week Weekly rotating shifts: Early Shift: 6am–2.
30pm Back Shift: 11.30am–8pm Please note: The role is physically demanding and requires candidates to be capable of performing manual tasks, including some heavy lifting.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in chemical, liquid, or food mixing is preferred. Lab Skills: Experience conducting QC testing within a controlled or sterile working environment would be a plus. Key Traits: Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the flexibility to work shifts.
