Location: Pro. Medica Health and Wellness Center Department: Heatlh And Wellness Imaging Weekly Hours: 36 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: CT Technologists make a significant difference in a patient’s care at Pro. Medica. Delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging allows providers to make informed decisions regarding patient treatment and management.

You will work with the radiologist and other members of the team to deliver high-quality care and support our patients. In this role, you will use computerized tomography equipment by selecting proper technical factors based on age, size, weight and anatomical differences and general health status of patients. Under the direction of a physician, you will demonstrate your knowledge and ability to administer and document contrast and IV contrast.

You will also use proper radiation protection and age-appropriate immobilizers to produce high-quality CT scans. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have met ARRT registry requirements and be CT registered. If CT registry eligible , must pass registry within one year of accepting the position; if performing in more than one modality and registry eligible, must pass registry within one year of accepting additional responsibilities . License by state if applicable CPR Pro.
