Project Scheduler Coordinator
Job description
Develop and maintain Level 3, 4, and 5 schedules for all project packages. Integrate schedules from contractors, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover activities. Ensure detailed schedules are aligned with Level 1 and Level 2 Master Schedule milestones and project targets. Perform weekly and monthly schedule updates based on actual project progress.
Monitor Baseline vs. Actual vs. Forecast schedules. Identify critical paths, delays, constraints, and risks that may impact project milestones. Review contractors' schedules, recovery schedules, and acceleration plans. Prepare look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and schedule reports for management. Coordinate with the Project Team, PMC, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors regarding project progress and schedule interfaces.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering. A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scheduler or Planning Engineer. Proven experience in engineering and construction projects. Experience in infrastructure, industrial, utilities, land development, mining, or similar projects is an advantage.
