Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead technical decision-making for the team.

Drive solution design and implementation for complex client requirements within the PTC Windchill ecosystem. Lead the identification and resolution of critical technical challenges affecting project delivery. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and skill growth. Collaborate with multiple teams to align on key technical and project decisions.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Conduct thorough debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of software components. Ensure seamless integration of modules across diverse client environments. Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications and system designs.

Requirements

Minimum of 6-11 years of professional experience in software engineering. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and adherence to best practices in application design and testing. Proficient in version control systems and effective code repository management.

Demonstrated ability to debug, optimize, and enhance software performance. Experience in integrating software modules and ensuring compatibility across varied client environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher (15 years of full-time education required).
