Greet prospective residents and provide engaging tours of the property. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Assist with leasing apartments and completing all necessary documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current availability, pricing, and lease terms. Build strong relationships with residents to support retention and satisfaction. Support marketing efforts and participate in resident events.
