Dual Property Director of Rooms

Position Summary

The overall function of the Director of Rooms is to ensure financial and service standards within the division. This is accomplished through daily interaction and communication with guests and employees.

Accountabilities: Responsible for overseeing the operational, financial and service standards within the housekeeping department and the Guest Services Department to ensure guest and associate satisfaction. Expected to maintain positive relationships with owners, along with transient segment revenues and market share.
