• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, recommend suitable products and techniques, and customize nail designs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and polymer-based nail enhancements.
• Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and excellent customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Requirements: - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in nail care, preferably within a professional salon or beauty services environment.

• Certification in nail technology or equivalent training from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in gel, acrylic, and UV/LED curing techniques, as well as nail art and decorative enhancements.
• Strong attention to detail, artistic flair, and ability to create customized nail designs.
• Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of polymer-based materials and chemicals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
