GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under general supervision of the Store Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for the development and performance for the sales associates. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Responsible for maintaining a friendly and professional environment by greeting and acknowledging every customer and co-worker that approaches.

Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable. Must have attention to detail and be thorough in completing work tasks. Perform any other duties as directed by management
