Skill Description Required Addition Comments Assembly Fitter Required an assembly engineer with experience of 5 years with following skills/planning skills/mechanical engineer/(Work and thinking level at Higher Professional Education(mechanical engineering training) Work experience (minimum 5 years) in assembly engineering is a must.

Able to read technical drawings and diagrams. Knowledge of the nature and use of tools and machines. Positive thinking with a problem-solving attitude Knowledge of operation and operation/using /teaching of measuring tools. Command of the English language in word and writing; 30 fitters with assembly and integration skills ,can use machines/can read drawings/ preferred from automotive background Pultrusion Machine Operator SAP MM & ERP Production & Process Planning MS Office Specific skills for pultrusion machines skills /with 5 years’ experience 14 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Team Leader For all inward items, prepare Material Receipt Note (MRN) and organize for inspection by co-coordinating with the concerned QA Inspector.

Provide Receipt Entry copies along with Inspection Report (where applicable) to all concerned. Take accepted materials into stock and update stock records on the bin card and in EPICOR. Drive the kitting team to allocate material to kits in shoppers as per the job material requirements to make ready for delivery to shopfloor.

Coordinate with Projects/Aftersales to pack and arrange for pickup for bought out materials. Ensure and control material issuance at job requirement and agreed demand levels for bought out materials and escalate in case of material requisition beyond plan. Organize Stores in a manner that all items having shelf life are issued on a “First-In-First-Out” basis.

After materials expiry it shall be transferred to quarantine room. Once in 6 months, prepare a list of non-moving and slow-moving items in the stores from Inventory. Arrange for Annual/Perpetual physical stock verification and co-ordinate reconciliation with records, along with the accounts department. Create and maintain database on Receipts, Issuances, POs, etc.

4 2-3 years working experience in Inventory/ Supply Chain. Previous experience in EPICOR / SAP ERP systems desirable. Strong Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel, MS Word) is a must. Planning Manager/ Engineer Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially Epicor and/or SAP Advanced Excel skills, including: Pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Complex formulas Data analysis and reporting Macros/VBA is a plus 2 Experience in risk management, including: Identifying production risks and bottlenecks Managing delays, shortages, and scheduling conflicts Developing corrective and preventive actions Contingency planning for supply chain or production disruptions CNC Operator Knowledge in SOLID WORKS and AutoCAD software Knowledge in true tops software and most cad and fast cad for programming in CNC machine Knowledge in drawing projection in 1st angle and 3rd angle Knowledge in machine maintenance, basic trouble shooting and safe operation 4 ITI in Mech with 3+ years of exp in as CNC laser operator, familiar in all CNC machine like a plasma and water jet and cutting machines and turret punching machines.

Paint Technician Has high flexibility /Knowledge to carry/do all processes (primer, sanding, body filler/putty, cleaning, masking, base coat, topcoat, clear coat). Has Knowledge of chemistry (all type of paint resin, solvent, type of catalyst, drying process) and formulation) Has knowledge of all primer/paint mix ratio.

Has knowledge of all parameters that influences Painting reaction (temp., humidity, air pressure, surface temperature, dew point, thickness) Has knowledge of problem solving regarding to painting application issues (causes, how to avoid – dust, fiber, pin holes, bubbles, crack, run down, weak covering, non-color matching, over spray, Poppins, sand mark, orange peel, scratch, over coat, etc.)

Has high communication skills (English). Has high knowledge in spray gun and painting booth maintenance. Has high skill and ability for training others Has knowledge of different types of spray booth, painting processes, machines, tools, etc. 4 Graduation in Chemical Engineer / Chemistry Min. 5 years of experience with painting process (automotive).

Has a technical training certificate for automotive painting process is an asset. Has high skill in math and chemistry knowledge (know how to calculate percentage, volumes, viscosity, density, conversion of measurements / know how to calculate catalyst ratios, solvent ratios, etc)
