Job description
Under the direction of the SATS Coordinator, the SATS Co-Occurring Counselor will maintain a caseload, facilitate groups and meetings, and serve as the rational authority within the program milieu. The SATS Co-Occurring Counselor will follow approved treatment curriculum and maintain compliant with ADOC SATS contract obligations.
The SATS Co-Occurring Counselor will be responsible for completing Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) as well as ASAM based assessments for clients
