Program Manager, Oncology Navigation Services

The Program Manager, Oncology Navigation Services is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, management, and evaluation of oncology navigation programs across the cancer care continuum. This role oversees patient navigation services, ensuring timely access to care, reduction of barriers to treatment, improved patient outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

This role helps patients navigate the healthcare system from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and follow-up care by facilitating access to services, coordinating appointments, and connecting patients with internal and community resources. Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, the program manager promotes a seamless, patient-centered experience.
