Key Responsibilities

Handle bulk hiring for international recruitment requirements Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding Communicate with global candidates and employers Maintain candidate and employer records using CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring processes Stay updated on visa processes, migration policies, and global hiring trends Salary: 35000 INR Per Month Requirements 0-5 years of work experience as a Recruiter Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Benefits Opportunity to work with a leading consulting firm 2nd & 4th Saturday off Sunday fixed off PF & ESIC benefits Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
