岗位职责 / Duties: 1、Establish rider performance dashboards to track our progress along the rider journey and recognize the problems.On this basis, assist to create effective rider support procedures, policies, and standards.
2、Utilize daily rider feedback, rider surveys, data analysis, and other means to identify pain points and issues faced by riders, build insights and recommendations to optimize product features, Improve the rider experience and reduce the complaint rate.
3、Conduct additional topical analyses based on business needs.
