Job description
The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst contributes by enhancing and maintaining the ongoing operational and BAU tasks. You design (with support) and autonomously deliver data and reporting solutions that will help drive operational efficiency by ongoing examination of data and reporting workflows. You understand insurance business domain and ensure your own tasks contribute to meeting the business objectives.
You communicate findings to colleagues and managers in an effective manner. With guidance from your manager, you communicate findings to a business audience.
