As our Technical Support Specialist, you own the support experience end-to-end: from first response to resolution, across technical and functional questions alike. WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE
- You serve as the primary point of contact for partner and customer support requests – technical and functional
- You manage and resolve incoming tickets with a focus on quality, speed, and clear communication
- You identify recurring issues and feed them back into Product & Engineering as structured insights
- You maintain and improve support documentation, runbooks, and FAQs
- You collaborate with Customer Solution Architects on complex escalations
- You contribute to building a scalable support function as Codesphere grows WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or solutions role in a SaaS or cloud environment
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, or developer tooling
- Structured, calm, and communicative under pressure – you know how to manage expectations while working on a fix
- Experience with support or service desk tooling (e.g. Zendesk, Jira Service Management, or similar)
- Fluent in German and English
