General Summary
Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but no proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, masonry work. Perform preventive maintenance requirements on equipment as it pertains to the position for the Unaccompanied Housing facilities.
