Job description

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) + Defines and leads regional sales campaigns based on theagreed upon strategy and opportunities for Delta MRO Commercial products andservices for all designated regional customers and potential customers.Manages and delivers regional integrated teamrevenue / margin and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Manages customer relationships and acts as primary customerinterface to develop prospects and opportunities for future sales, defining andcreating up-sell opportunities. + Lead sales campaign efforts in guidance with Business. Strategy and Marketing to secure customer orders. + Provide closed-loop intelligence on current and potentialcustomer opportunities including but not limited too; sales forecast data byproduct lines, new fleet entry, expanded stations, reliability, etc.

  • Work with Sales Support and Contracts groups on developingand appropriately responding to customer requests. + Provide insight to customer and industry behaviors, and developregional sales plans and methodologies for all customers. + Deliver brand awareness and capabilities. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or sales.

  • Technical or Services Experience in the aerospace, airlineor MRO industry with customer facing role. + Management of deliverables to the customer with budgetresponsibilities. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required. + Ability to influence and drive change with customers. + Must be highly proficient in written and oral communicationsand able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents andpresentations for senior leaders.

  • Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities in atimely manner. + Travel expectations 50% annually. + Advanced computer skills (ex. presentations andspreadsheets). + Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or bewilling to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered forU.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Overhaul products and market experience + LEAP 1A/1B and CFM56 5B/7B programs + Direct experience supporting or selling maintenance solutions for CFM, Pratt & Whitney, or GE Aerospace commercial engine platforms, including LEAP-1A/1B, CFM56-5B/7B, PW2000, PW4000, or similar large commercial engine programs.
