The restaurant offers a curated Pan-Asian culinary experience, complemented by a refined selection of wines and a seamless digital menu experience. The brand emphasizes subtle, attentive service, ensuring guests receive exceptional care without unnecessary interruption. Role Overview The Waitress will be responsible for delivering a non-intrusive, highly attentive dining experience, aligned with Japanese hospitality principles. This role requires strong observational skills, timing, and the ability to support guests discreetly in a digital-first service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth while maintaining a calm, unobtrusive presence Assist guests with navigating the digital menu when required Accurately take or confirm food and beverage orders Serve dishes and beverages following structured service standards Observe guest behavior to anticipate needs without interrupting Maintain table cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene always Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth and timely service Handle guest concerns gracefully with minimal disruption Uphold high grooming and presentation standards Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 6 months to 4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service Strong communication skills and ability to read guest cues Calm, composed, and observant personality Ability to balance attentiveness with minimal intrusion Good hygiene and professional grooming standards Preferred Skills Experience in Pan-Asian, Japanese, or premium dining setups Familiarity with digital/QR-based menus Basic knowledge of wines or willingness to learn Exposure to refined service styles Benefits Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month Accommodation provided Meals included (3 meals per day) Work Schedule / Environment Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays) 6-day working week Premium dining environment with structured service flow
