The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing scheduled monthly preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across assigned facilities. This role ensures HVAC equipment operates efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with safety and company standards. The position supports business continuity by maintaining proper building climate conditions and responding to service needs in a timely manner.

This role does not perform refrigeration work.
