Location: Ghent What will you do? Write engaging articles for our intranet that highlight company updates, achievements, and stories. Gather information from different teams and departments to ensure important news is shared widely. Plan, draft, and organize content for our monthly internal newsletter. Prioritize and manage communication topics to align with company needs and ongoing projects.

Publish and maintain high-quality, engaging content across internal communication channels. Contribute creative ideas to boost employee engagement and raise visibility for internal initiatives. Publish vacancies & support in screening candidates.

Requirements

Who are you? You are a student in communication, journalism, media, business, or related field. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style. Curiosity and enthusiasm for connecting with people and learning about their work. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Creative mindset and eye for storytelling. Basic knowledge of digital communication tools (intranet, newsletters, etc.) is a plus. You speak & write fluently English and Dutch.
