What You’ll Do Client inquiry management Effectively communicate order errors and requirements between the company and clients Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clients accurate order status updates via email and phone Document and update client records based on the operating CRM Find innovative ways to enhance the client experience from start to finish of a deal Represent the company's core values of being Transparent, Innovative, and Efficient What We’re Looking For Previous experience in client success or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM) Compensation & Benefits Fully paid medical, dental, vision insurance for employee coverage Fully paid basic Life Insurance policy (Met.
