Real Estate Loan Portfolio Officer

The Real Estate Loan Portfolio Manager is responsible for the oversight, administration, and risk management of the Bank's commercial and residential real estate loan portfolio. The position provides leadership for portfolio quality, loan review activities, criticized asset management, regulatory compliance, audit preparedness, and departmental performance.

The incumbent ensures effective portfolio monitoring, sound credit administration, successful examination outcomes, adherence to the Bank's risk management objectives, and a demonstrated commitment to the principles of community-focused banking. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000-$120,000/Annually.
