Job description
Registered Nurse (RN), full-time day shift, providing community-based care as part of an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. Conducts medication monitoring and administration, ensures adherence to treatment plans, and delivers psychiatric nursing care in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based nursing practices.
Works independently and as part of a focused team to support care planning, crisis intervention, and continuity of care.
