Program Supervisor of Culturally Specific Programs

As Program Supervisor, you'll help lead a team that transforms lives through housing stability, re-entry support, and community reintegration. You'll oversee a culturally specific supported housing program serving justice-involved individuals experiencing housing instability and behavioral health challenges. You'll oversee and operations to a multidisciplinary team while ensuring services are trauma-informed, participant-centered, and culturally responsive.

This role combines staff development, program oversight, community partnership building, and direct support when needed. Ideal candidates bring experience in SH, BH, re-entry, or homelessness services and are passionate about advancing equity, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to long-term stability and success.
