The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in the individual market channel by performing key sales support functions, including frontline and backroom activities. This position is responsible for overseeing the complete end-to-end lifecycle of an agent, encompassing onboarding, training, sales support, new business submissions, commission assistance, claims management, and customer service.
As the representative of MMP and the sales office, the Sales Support Coordinator is essential in delivering an exceptional experience for agents. This role will collaborate with the Sales Leader to drive sales growth and enhance retention.
