Job description
The Production Foreman provides direct supervision and leadership to production crews in a unionized, incentive rate manufacturing environment. Acting under the direction of the Superintendent, this role oversees daily forging operations, enforces safety standards, and ensures product quality. The foreman coordinates closely with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality Control, Final Operations, and Engineering to support efficient production of high-quality steel forgings while maintaining strong employee relations and consistent process control.
