GDC/ LPDC Feasibility Design

Review 2D and 3D data received from customers. Prepare RTS files for sharing and presentation to customers. Modify 3D models to align with casting process requirements. Develop concepts and gating designs. Review die and core box designs provided by suppliers.

Requirements

Experience in GDC (Gravity Die Casting) and LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) processes is required. Prior experience working in a New Product Development (NPD) team. Proficiency in SolidWorks and magma Hands-on experience working on a foundry shop floor Benefits
