Job description
Vecima is seeking a practical, business-minded Corporate Counsel to support a broad range of commercial and strategic transactions. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for independently drafting and negotiating agreements across our business (e.g., hardware sales, software licenses, professional services, SaaS, reseller agreements, supplier contracts, etc.), and will help improve Vecima’s legal processes, templates, playbooks, and other workflows. The role will work closely with business teams across the organization to help structure transactions, manage legal and commercial risk, support compliance, and enable Vecima’s continued growth.
