YD Broward - Behavior Strategist, General Population

The YMCA of South Florida's Youth Development Team is looking for a professional with experience in behavioral prevention/ intervention related to children to join our team in Broward County. Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, the Behavior Strategist is responsible for the development, evaluation, and implementation of strategic interventions for participants at various assigned sites.

Additional responsibilities include data input and data tracking, data collection, as well as staff training, environmental modifications, and development of student specific materials.
