Commercial Electrical Project & Business Development Manager

Swedberg Electric (a Crete United Company) is seeking a qualified Hybrid Project Manager / Business Development Manager to help drive both client growth and project execution across Northern Illinois and the surrounding region. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new project opportunities, supporting estimating and preconstruction efforts, and managing commercial electrical projects from award through closeout.

Blending business development, project management, and account leadership, this position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, delivering successful projects, and expanding long-term customer partnerships.
