Senior Advisor, Digital Experience

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience, the Senior Advisor, Digital Experience plays a key role in the delivery, optimization, and ongoing management of Toronto Pearson's digital platforms and customer-facing digital experiences. As a trusted advisor and project lead, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful digital initiatives that support organizational objectives and enhance the passenger experience.

You will manage digital projects from concept through execution, oversee digital platform operations, support user experience and accessibility standards, and help ensure Toronto Pearson's digital channels remain innovative, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.
